Planning A Pregnancy After The Sleeve

I was sleeved on May 2, 2012 and I have been loving my new life. I can't even begin to tell you guys how much I'm in love with myself and how much I'm loving my new views on life. I'm finally living! One thing that has been worrying me in the back of my mind is: I'm planning on getting pregnant again this coming Summer. My daughter is going to be 3 years old next month and I'm ready to have another little one. Anyway, I'm mostly worried about gaining weight. I'm going to eat so that my baby will be healthy, but I can't help but flash back to the 60 lbs I gained with my daughter...sure I was eating all kinds of junk and lots of it. I don't plan on eating poorly this coming pregnancy, but I can't stop feeling nervous about gaining weight.

Have anyone of you ladies had a baby after the sleeve? Please share your experience. Thanks!

If you private message people they should receive an email even if they're not hanging around on the board regularly. Good luck - from what I understand there's no reason why the sleeve shouldn't continue to work for you while you're pregnant. If you're worried, get a dietitian on board to support from you the outset so that you have some advice and support.

I am no expert but I heard that you should wait 2 years after being sleeved to get pregnant so I would check on that.
