Nope not a cold or the flu or street throat. I have a viral infection along with ulcers in my throat and esophagus... My doctor put me on liquid lidocaine to help with the painful throat and Tylenol. Use a vaporizer and rest... Otherwise he just loves my weight lose and loved seeing me today. My PCP is great friends with myself and family. So I'm just gonna rest and try to go slow and get a few things done tomorrow.

12 week checkup 301 BMI <50 yeah!
Weight on birthday 3/24/48 Goal 285 would be nice.
