First time to throw up!!!!

Came home from work to my awesome kids having Chkn Express and well I had only had 2 cans of tuna and an egg white omelette all day so I was a bit hungry.As usual I get bombarded with stories of the day and the usual teenage/child banter. In my haste I didnt notice that I had eaten 2 chiken tenders in about 5 0r 6 minutes.Then I felt like something was stuck,kinda got the hiccups and just felt like something wasn't going down. Iwent to the restroom and boom it was quick and painless but sucked still. I don't think I will ever be able to eat those again. Finally about 2 hours later had another omelette......Lesson learned

I just know that's going to happen to me, at least once, too! I don't know why I feel this so strongly, but I just do.

On the plus side, I feel like it will be my built-in reminder not to eat too fast, like I do now!

Ive felt that way twice but nothing came up. I just felt wayyyy full and ten min later I was good. But I started to sweat a bit and was sure glad i never got sick since I was just barely three weeks out. knock on wood.. I havent puked yet. !! BTW you look so young to have teenaged kids.. KUDOS!

Ugh, at least we all know to be careful or the vomitting will happen. Glad it was over quick. And, BTW, that is my line: Fat pushes my wrinkles out!

About aging. When my daughter had her WLS it aged her by about 10 years. She is 44 and looks about 40 but looked like late 20's before the surgery. She lost that baby face look. Now she worries about wrinkles. All though some look so much health after that they look younger.

So true my brother had the RNY and I remember at a get together he showed up from 260 to 200 and everyone commented on how old he looked.He also was one of those guys that looks better a little thicker. He finally got down to 160 and I never got used to it. Unfortunately he stretched it back out and is now at ***. He is now motivated to get back on the bus after my sleeve and we help each other...

Someone told me no matter what, everyone will throw up. I was scared of this happening to me because I imagined it hurting. But low and behold I throw up and no it doesn't hurt. I seems like my sleeve which I call my little banana likes homemade soups, so today I made chicken, veggie and rice soup and I had no problems at all, though when I had tuna fish and had 2 small bites I started not to feel well.

I am 58 but people think that I am a lot younger. I have already told my husband when I loose the weight then I will be an old woman. He doesn't care I think it's because he is 13 years older than I am so I will still look younger than him LOL.

I understand completely ... I have 4 sons who have their own mini UFC fights going on.. In the mist of running them everywhere and gettin in between them I forget to slow down I ate 3 grilled shrimp quick night before last and it came up real quick ... Once it came out I was fine like no biggie
