Had my surgery completed at 1:15 pm pacific time today. It's almost 10pm and my gas pain is minimal. Sometimes slightly uncomfortable, but not once painful. Haven't even needed the gasx or the heating pad?
This sounds to good to be true.....can't help but wonder if something is wrong.
Anyone else experience this?

Sounds familiar! You must have a had a great doctor too. Other than pain at the incision sites when moving, I would have not really known that I had surgery. I never needed gas x strips nor ever dealt with those issues! Glad you are doing well. Congrats on being sleeved. You are in for an amazing ride.

Mine was minimal but i did have one that hurt bad it felt like it was stuck under my shoulder blades and the only thing i could do was stretch in the door way of the bathroom in my room. Glad you aren't experiencing too much pain

I had my sleeve done on Nov 19, no discomfort, walked all day on Tues, 11-20 with no problems. No nap no nothing just walking and site seeing. Home now, 15 days out today and it has been very uneventful! Walk, drink, you will be fine! Welcome to the "other side"! Oh by the way, I am down 21 pounds since pre op! WHOOOP~~!!

Everyone is different. I didn't have any difficulties with gas, but did have some problems with nausea the second night -- walking took care of it. In the group that had surgery the same day I did only one other person didn't have problems -- but I think we were the two who were out walking the most. It really felt good to have it go so smoothly!!! Congratulations!
