These things are huge and gross! Do you crush them, put them in something else or do you just chew them?
I'm six weeks post op and I split them and swallow them. I was chewing them as well and it got to the point I was gagging
I am planning on grinding them and downing it with a little water. use to always swallow them whole and no water so we will see how it works grinding them.

the centrum chewables are not bad at all, just chew them to dust in your mouth...was doing that from day one, then swallowing a little water after. i have now switched over to centrum regular pills though....once i could swallow bigger pills, i was happier to do that.

BMI current 26.0 OVERWEIGHT
my first goal is to get to 141pounds, that will put me in the NORMAL range bmi. My second goal is 120, which is thin and healthy.
Just as a heads up, my NUT and medical team say not to take gummy vitamins as they do not have iron or calcium which we really need.

umm yeah the chewable multi-vitamin made me sick...cant take it...i was sooo scared when i threw up!!! No good!! I am looking into the gummies from costco
I take gummy (Nut and Doc approved) I also take chewy Calcium and take iron supplement only because I have been low my whole life take when I remember. Gummy is the way to go. I have also added gummy C to the routine.
