As y'all can see I have added a new tracker! It's finally time for my weight loss ticker, as I start my one week preop tomorrow. The weird thing is this. I have not weighed myself in weeks/months. I have been having a major go at the Last Supper syndrome. I was eating all the foods I was sure I would miss. So I figured that when I got on the scale tonight finally I was gonna be in big trouble. I was convinced that I was up at least 15 lbs. But Im down nearly 6 lbs! from the last time I remember weighing! YAY ME!! so I'm officially 35 lbs from my first real goal which is ***, where I remember being a few yeas ago and feeling amazing. 35 lbs sounds doable right?
Okay so here is the scoop..you all get to watch that ticker drop down!!!! and when i screw up you get to tell me im an idiot and to get my behind in gear! Deal? Deal!

so FIRST DAY. I had a coffee with sweetener on the way to work, (hate artificial sweeteners, taste like metal, but I digress) and then had a permier brand shake throughout the morning. again, big fat yuck. Had 1 cup of homemade Tomato soup for lunch, and bought but cannot stomach a vitaimin water. Its sitting here getting warm on the desk. AND IM STARVING!!!!! I got to get some cottage cheese when I get home, cause im hungry! I have plans for a soup for supper, and then try to get some more protein after supper. gonna be a rough one really. but only a week, and then im done with it, and sleevie will be done. I know I got to do liquids after but it will be different then. I wont want to eat then...or be hungry! arrggh

WandaLeaner, you might try split pea soup -- I know that it sounds yucky, but I found that it was really satisfying and high in protein. If you can find "Anderson's" it is much better than Campbell's. You might try freezing your shake and eating it with a spoon -- kind of like a Wendy's softie. I don't know what kind of sweetener you tried -- I know that I can't handle most artificial ones, but Truvia seems a little less artificial tasting. You can do this, I know that you can!

Hmmm, hate to break it to you, but I am hungry. 11 days out and hungry everyday. Ive heard that some are not. So hopefully you wont be. Im having to stay on liquids till FridAY.My dr counts 2 weeks from the time you come home from hospital that you have to stay on liquids. Im getting tired of it. Really fighting hunger today. GRRR
