Does anyone know how to stop all these emails I'm getting in my email when people post on here? I tried to figure it out ,but everything I did didn't stop the emails.

Go to your Control Panel, then My Settings, then General Settings. There you can choose what emails you'd like to receive.

i think that if you go to your control panel and go to subscriptions that you can check mark the thread you do not want instant notification on. i did not try this but it seems like it would be the place to go. let me know if this helps.

Oh, and don't forget to go all the way to the bottom and click on Save Changes.

I think you need to go to Control Panel>General Settings, then go down to the section that says 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' which has a drop down menu, and select 'Do Not Subscribe'.
