    Default Best scrambled egg ever!!

LOL So I had my nutrition class today and shortly I'm headed to the store with a list of foods and vitamins to buy.

Came home from the class at 1:00 and made a scrambled egg with half a wedge of laughing cow cheese. OMG it tasted SO good. Couldn't eat all of it tho.

Finally moving on to new and exciting foods!!

Thanks for getting me over the hump last week when I thought I couldn't possible drink another shake.

I feel like my stomach is bigger than others. Today I had egg salad with 1.5 eggs and a tablespoon of mayo, mustard and pickle juice and couldn't tell if I was full or not....I stopped because I knew I shouldn't eat more. I'm jealous you couldn't finish a whole egg

Jill, try adding a little refried beans to that and it tastes like heaven!!! I scrambled eggs, added some low fat mozerella cheese and refried beans and the result was amazing!!!!

Well you are doing so awesome. I was sleeved November 7th. I took a couple weeks off and am doing well. I still feel hungry at times. I have the shakes only two a day so far. But I do the soup jello stuff since on full liquid yet. Do you still feel hungry?

I am so excited to eat an egg this coming Wednesday!! It has been the highlight for me!! Although being on full liquids has been ok, I am not complaining, I look forward to a simple scrambled egg! Yay!!! Little by little I am learning to appreciate all the food I took for granted!!

Be careful with the scrambled egg, it made me very unwell. However a boiled egg mashed up with some marg and mayo seems to stay down. My NUT says something changes in eggs when they are scrambled and a lot of people have a really hard time tolerating them. Good luck xxx

Do you think it might be the air that is whipped into scrambled eggs that might make them bother some people?
