I'm currently a 18G & hoping I will lose some weight in my breasts. How have others gone in this dept?
There's a high likelihood your breasts will get smaller. I don't want to say 100%, because everyone is different, but I'd say 99% haha. Mine have gone down a little already (though I'm hoping they don't go down too much more!).

HAHAHAHAHA. GOOD ONE TJ
Hi Melanie. yay another Aussie Sleeve Sister. I never had much to lose in that area any way :/ so you throw some my way. haha
I wrote a blog about this a week or so ago. I am a Gee! cup, too. These babies seem to be very attached to me. They have gone down very little. I have lost almost sixty pounds now. My bras were not fitting right and I was not sure what size I needed,so I was professionally measured. I have lost many inches around my ribs, but G!!!! Gee!!!!!!
I know what you mean!
True...all people are different and your experience may be different than mine. I started at a very full 52DD and now am a 42 C (with gappies and space, but too big for a B cup) ....I also experienced lop-sidedness as I deflated. Symmetry seems to be coming back now though, thankfully. I am just past 1/2 way to my goal and hope that I don't lose equal amount on the next half of my journey or I will end up with mosquito bites on mud flaps.
I just got new ones!!! LOVE 'EM!!!!!
I started at a 52G and am now a 40G. My size in general went from a 58 inches around to 48 inches around.... Genetics (I'm Italian and all the women in my family are large busted no matter their size) have something to do with how you'll end up.
Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!
CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications). Permanently disabled.
Start weight 335, down to 218, up during gastritis. Have accepted there is no way to lose it with my hypoglycemia. Current weight 260. Currently doing 10 day sleeve reset and determined to get back down to my post surgical weight or close to it.
Yeppers. Unless your boobs were the cup size they are now when you were thinner, you're almost guaranteed to go down in cup sizes. I used to be a B cup and am currently a 46C. So I completely expect to go back to being a B in the future. Probably a full one. The good thing about going down from a G is that clothes will fit you a lot better
Hi, here's a link to the blog that I wrote about boobs. You may like reading it. http://www.gastricsleeve.com/forum/b...the-girls.html
When in my 20's and early 30's (read normal / skinny) I was a 36B. Went up to a 42D with the weight. Now these puppies are like popped balloons -- haven't shopped for a new bra yet, but I'm guessing 38C now and eventually a 38B.
7/10: 238lbs,size 3x; 8/11: 221lbs size 22/2x; 6/12 B4 2 day liquid fast: 210 lbs; 6/13/12: 202.6 lbs
1 month: 185.4 lbs; 2 months: 170 lbs, size 16; 3 months: 162.6 lbs, size 14; 4 months: 151.8 lbs; 5 months: 143.2 lbs, size 10; 6 months: 142.4 lbs stalls suck ; 7 months: 131.2 lbs, size 6 - 8; 9 months 130.2, size 6 - no real loss in 2 months -- Think I am done!
I lost 100 lbs and mine got smaller but thankfully there was still enough left, though the drooping package they were in was not attractive! Just had a tummy tuck and breast lift and LOVE the new girls!!! No implants. But for some, that may be the way to go. I went back and forth about it and a PS told me if I was happy with my size when they were in a bra, then I likely wouldn't need implants. So glad I didn't! But in reality, you will lose around your ribs and also volume in your breasts. It's inevitable. How much...you'll have to wait and see!
I started with a 46G, which I used to hate. I would even think about breast reduccion some times. After lossing 94 lbs I am a 38D, with some space though but still too big for a C cup. I still want to loose 10 more lbs but I hope nothing goes from that area anymore. They are perfect size for me now :-)
