Does this seem to be the same with you?
If I work a few days in a row I see my weight go up & then if I'm off work I tend to see it go back down?
My job has me sitting all day & I suppose I much a bit but not any more than normal I thought?
& at home I pretty much sit around most of the time too, on my Computer & watching TV etc, yet I suppose I do more things like play with the dog & walk him & do yard work, but just little things like that & my weight drops again with out much effort.
in about a week i gains about 10 lbs & then in about 3 days I've lost 7 of it already?!?!?!
So I got myself a stationary bike to ride while watching tv & hope this helps my skinny friends say I have to work up a sweat, I doubt it.... Ewwww.. I hate getting sweaty. LOL!
I figure just the act of pedaling will help being its much more than I'd be doing other wise.
If I could only surf the web while pedaling I'd get on it even much more.
