thank u all, for a while i felt like i wasent dropping my weight that fast All of a sudden it stopped and a week after i dropped 5 lbs in one week and was like wooowww then the next week i dropped 2 1/2 lbs, i guess my body was holding on to what ever it could for a while then came right off...... i am so happy and excited..
