Default 8 months out and stalled

Im eight months post op and have lost 88 pounds. I have 36 to 46 more pounds to lose and this month the scale has barely budged. Im careful about what Im eating , high protein and lo carb with about 800 to 1200 calories daily, and I try to exercise at least 4 times per week. Cardio and pilates equaling about 4 hours total. Im just wondering if anyone else reached a stall like this so close to the "goal line" and if so what did you do to get the weight loss going again?

Stalls are normal & expected. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. Keep up the good work and the scale will start moving down, soon. If you doubt that your sleeve is still working, try this 5-day test. It will get you right back on track and reassure you that all is good!

I did hit a stall around that time. it was very discouraging. I am at another now and it does get old. if you are keeping to the diet you started with like you described, the stall will pass. it has to! during each stall I always lost inches. always. dont feel discouraged, its taking its natural course and will start again. make sure you dont slip back into nibbling carbs again. I admit I did and it stops my loss immediately and its not a stall, its a permanent! going back to low carb always fixes it. keep doing what you are doing and it must come off. Best wishes!
