Before Surgery I wore a size 22-24... Sunday I wore a size 10 dress to church! That hasn't happened in over 20 years! Got about 35 more pounds to go, but boy it sure feels good to buy off the regular size rack, didn't think that would ever happen again... No more plus sizes for me! Granted I can't wear any size 10, and I'm sure it has a lot to do with the way this one is made and the material it is made of, but all that being said,the tag says size 10,I am on my way!

Wow!! Give me some tips on how you are losing so good! I had my surgery the day before yours, and I was a size 22 or 3X and now I am getting into a 18!!! What is your menu like??

I am eating PROTEIN!!! and drinking a lot of water. I exercise everyday. IF I can't make it to the gym, I have an exercise bike at home and a mini trampoline. It isn't the best work out, but it gets the job done. I work out for 45 minutes a day. I'm eating lots of Deli Turkey and Chicken An Egg for breakfast and I eat Beans! Will start adding some low carb veggies soon, but this is working for me and I'm not bored, had no idea there were so many beans out there! I am enjoying trying them all!!
