190 LBS!!! WOOO WOOO another mile stone!

Hey everyone! I hope you are all well! I am doing great and am sooooooooooooooo happy that i went through with my sleeve!

I am 190 lbs today and feel great! I am eating well for the most part! High protein and water! And feel happy with my results!

I am training with my trainer and on my own! But totally not overdoing it! I am doing just what my body needs and back into my old clothes! I am so happy to see the fat shedding off of me WITHOUT any extra skin! Staying toned!

I hope you are all doing well and finding a happy balance in life! <3

hahaha im not showing off! I try to give hope to those who are " STUCK" and in a " Stall" that it does pass!!! I was 200 for 2 weeks and I am finally droppign fat!

Congratulations!! I would love to be under 200 by Christmas. I don't know if it's doable though. Right now I've been averaging about 4 lbs per week so I'm hoping that keeps up. I'm still on liquids until the 22nd too though. Good Job!! What a great feeling!
