Yeah! One Year down. Last year I was in Tijuana wondering what I had done and this year I'm almost 100 pds down.
I have changed my goal from 139 to 129 to 119 and now 113 so it's an even 100.
I won't say that I've mastered the sleeve yet. I have done some stupid things, have tried other diets, WL methods and if/when I stay to the basics, it works out.
The one thing that I've recently been doing though is the Whole9 which is a program that gets you off processed foods and you eat protein first, veggies and then fruits...Sound familiar. I dropped 9.5 pounds this week by following their recommendations and I feel better. I'm not doing the program to lose weight (they actually tell you NOT to step on the scale for the 30 days) I'm doing it to get healthy, clear up my chronic sinus and for my psychological well being.
I'm also grateful for the support and advice on this website -- Anything that you're wondering about someone else has already experienced it.
