Have been maintaining between 123- 125lbs since July but ended up sick the last 3 weeks and went down to 119lbs! So I have been trying to eat more to gain a few pounds back. Never in my life have I had to do that! Very different.

12 week checkup 301 BMI <50 yeah!
Weight on birthday 3/24/48 Goal 285 would be nice.
