I am down 50 pounds! Never have I lost more than 15 to 20 pounds so now being down 50 just feels incredible. I no longer have high blood pressure or sleep apnea and I am getting more and more energy. Now to work even harder and reach my final goal. That will be interesting as that puts me down to a weight I have never been before even in my teenage years.
