New Pain?

Started abot 2 hours ago, on the left side under the breast when I take a deepm breath a sharp pain that stops when I stop taking the deep breath. Anyone else experience this? Kind of weird

I did that for several day about 4 or 5 days ago! I could not even lay on my left side at night, cause it hurt to breath! But it went away and I feel fine!

I have felt that too this week, I thought I must have done too much exercising and decided to tone it down a bit till it passes. I see my surgeon this week, so I will ask about it. Good to know I have company, but hope it is just a twinge!

Thanks guys!! Of Course WebMD says I am having a Heart Attack so thank goodness for others who have walked in my path! I will also asked my Doc about it as well, I have an appointment for my two week Post-Op on the 29th.. Thank you again!

Usually when chest pain worsens when breathin in, it's not cardiac. It could be anything from costocondritis or respiratory related (IE worst case scenerio, pulmonary embolism). WebMD is a good site; however it usually takes a medical professional to decipher symptoms. I'm glad you are doing well now!
