198!!! So damn excited! Gym too!

So I'm down about 45 lbs and its been 5 weeks and a day since my procedure ! Back in the gym and feel great ! Reactivated my training membership and starting with my PT in 4 weeks . Just want to get I to the swing if cardio still loosing about a lb a day had a 3 day stall last week, but over it

Eating all foods well no complex carbs anymore - said bye bye to them lol and back on my clean eating ! Yum !

Ah. I eat paleo. I don't eat grains and dairy. Only organic and from delicious orchards farm. Started back up yesterday. I make my own sauces. No jars or can foods
