Saturday was my official one year sleeversary!! This year went by so fast! As you all know, it wasn't always easy, but I would do it again in a heart beat. Thank you so much for all the support and advice over the last year.

Awesome job Lisa! Yep, it's not necessarily easy but so worth it, especially for your own health, your family and future. Wishing you continued success and all the non scale victories too along the way. I know for me, each day when I get up I no longer dread the thought of going to my closet and finding something to put on. I'm looking forward to shopping for new clothes once I've gone through all the old smaller clothes I have saved in my closet. You have a whole future and life ahead of you, continue to enjoy!
