3 months out and feeling great

I have not posted in awhile so I wanted to do a quick update... I am now three months out from surgery and so very grateful for this wonderful tool! I have made some of my best friends in Amanda and Erin whom I met going through this journey! We met on this site and have now formed a wonderful support group and friendship. We had surgery the same day and can relate to one another with the ups and downs associated with this life change. I also have met Tori, Michelle, and Shelly which are also wonderful friends...

I have lost 56 pounds and have went from a size 22 to a size 16. I now make healthy food choices and have realized that I like to cook and experiment with healthy food options. I exercise most days and go to fit club class which I NEVER could have done three months ago... I have come a long way but also have a long way to go!!! I want to thank everyone on this site for sharing their experiences, their expertise, and their support... We can and will do this

Thanks for updating, great to hear when I'm a week off surgery and still a little scared!
