So here I am, day 5. WOW Where did time go? Its my second full day being home and I am having a hard time figuring out a time line for my day.
I was interested in what your timelines were like to make sure you are getting your protein and fluids in?
Right now I am on full liquids and have been lacing my soups with unflavored protein scoops (22G / scoop) and my protein shakes are only giving me 12g/ shake but I am thinking of adding more protein into them with the unflavored.
My other problem is I dont know when is too soon to eat again? I figured 2-3 hours inbetween bt just to consume a protein shake it takes me a little over an hour and a half.... so by my theory this is what it should look like: So 10 am soup..... 12pm protein shake.... 2 pm soup.... 4 pm protein shake... 6 pm soup... 8 pm protein shake
I think im driving myself crazy. INSIGHT?
