Ok, tomorrow is my Birthday and I am looking for some idea of what I can have for a Birthday Cake. Does not have to be cake. I am looking to stay to the health side with this. Any suggestions?

Happy early birthday! Is this just for you or for celebrating with others too? If you're looking for something sweet, cheese blintzes come to mind. Lol, just because that's what I feel for! Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese with a little cinnamon and stevia, wrap in a crepe, ready made or home made. Bake until hot. Serve with a little sprinkling of the cinnamon and stevia.

Oikos, Fage, and Chobani all have recipes for protein cheesecake made with Greek yogurt on their websites. That with some sugar free preserves - yum.

sugar free gram cracker to make a pie crust with greek yogurt mixed w fat free sugar free pudding mix topped with fat free cool whip! It tastes delicious and is a healthy treat!

I love cupcakes. You can keep them "real", just smaller protions. I hate fake sugar and mock recipes. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cupcakes !! you can make normal ones for others and just make one or two with less sugar and a low fat fresh cream whipped for frosting, so you can have a little naughty for just one day but not going over board. i have made low sugar cupcakes before they taste just as good and there are many low fat/low sugar frosting options out there, try google it you will find many on the web to try.
