Default I can start eating pureeed foods tomorrow!

Tomorrow is exactly 7 days since my surgery, and I am able to start my pureed foods. I'm excited, and nervous. I haven't had any trouble keeping down liquids, and have only had one experience with throwing up (first day at hospital, nothing to do with food). I'm not jinxing myself, but hey that's definitely one of my concerns. I'm going to start off slow, probably only trying something like applesauce.

Any advice for this stage, what did you try first?

I am eating cream of wheat, eggs, oatmeal, grits, SF pudding, refried beans, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, applesauce, yogurt,SFjello and 1 saltine or melba toast per meal. I have to do this for 3 weeks!!! Boy, would I love some fresh out of the garden peas, pureed in the blender!!!
