I posted last night that I was concerned sbout dehydration. Today I have been tracking my fluids. So far I've had 37 oz of water.. Will def get in 48 before bed not including pop cycles, applesauce and some protien. My urine is still super dark and I have really bad back pain. I'm sure I've been getting close to 48 oz each day.. Should I be concerned? I'm not sure what this back pain is but it sometimes feels like it's coming from my lungs but my muscles are sore too.
