1st NSV Moment

My chiropractor is this fairly youngly, very fit, extremely positive and upbeat guy who is just a delight. He knows I had the surgery done because I had to take 2 weeks off of my appointments. Well, for those of you who've never been to a chiropractor, they have to wrap their arms around your whole body to do some of the adjustments. Well, he went to do an adjustment a couple days ago and exclaimed, "Oh my gosh! I can already tell there's so much less of you!"

Seriously, I love this guy! I've lost about 33lbs so far. I can tell with how my clothes fit, but it's not a dramatic difference yet in my appearance. Given that, my doctor's comment just made my day!
