high protein soups

Hi evryone,
I live in New Zealand and had astric sleeve three months ago.
Ive had no complications but I do feel hunger which is painful. Im over tinned fish!!. I have mastered breakfast and dinner but im still struggle with lunches and finding variety.
Its coming into winter here and Im craving soups.
I cant tolerate beans at all so any ideas with recipes would be so helpful to me.

I've heard that Unjury makes a high protein chicken soup. I haven't tried it and have not had my sleeve YET, but I was thinking of ordering some. I've heard everyone say how difficult it is to get in the protein each day.

Unijury chicken soup is really good. They also make a good unflavored you could add into any soup as long as you dont heat it over 130 degress f. I can only find it online

I was able to tolerate Wolf Brand Turkey Chili with no beans. I also put a little soon of cottage cheese on the side. The turkey chili is good, it doesn't taste weird or anything. It has more protein than the regular chili.
