My hair is falling out bad!

Everyone keeps saying that you just have to accept the fact that you are going to lose your hair but that's just not true. There is an answer....Juice Plus. I started taking the gummies 3 months before my surgery and I haven't had any hair loss. Now before you say I am just "lucky" and it "depends on the person"....I went on a really restrictive diet years ago and lost handfuls of hair over a six month period. I didn't want that to happen again so I did a little research and found that Juice Plus was recommended by Bariatric Surgeons in Atlanta so I found a lady who sells it and it's been the best $40.00 a month that I spend. I have always had very thick hair. Four going on five months in, I have lost a good amount of it.

I console myself with the fact that along with my hair I have also lost a good amount of my butt. Hopefully only one of the two will come back

Five months out and hair falling out in clumps! I am sick about it but understand its part of it. EVERYONE is saying it will stop but NOBODY is saying when? I too, am shedding hair like CRAZY. I have thick hair but I'm starting to worry. My NUT said to up my protein to 100g so we will see if that helps. Only have been doing that for a week now... What is really crazy is that it is SO long. Growing super fast!

Scary! Mine is getting thinner every day and I hate it! Enough already -- when does it start growing back?! Not sure am

I'm wondering if this is because you said your weight loss has been slower than others...maybe this is a plus side to that!

I know I've read articles about hair loss and some say it's the anesthesia, the protein, the rapid weight loss...all this leads me to the conclusion that nobody knows what the heck causes it! All I know is that I am almost 7 months out from my double mastectomy and have some hair loss, and almost 2 months out from the sleeve. I have my fingers crossed that since I'm a slow loser, my hair won't fall out any faster than it is now!
