thanks so much i will do the 5 days of liquid.. i will start to replace some meals with shakes to get use to it..its hard but it will pay off!!

Started my liquid diet today myself. I am scheduled for the sleeve on 4-18-11. Not as hard as I expected but it is just day one. Did the grocery shopping for the next couple of weeks, that wasn't the easiest. Lots of things looked awfully tasty.

Hi Everyone - I've started my liquid diet today also. I'm required to do 2 weeks of high protein liquid. No foods at all! I'm praying I can make it through. I'm already feeling a little woozy.

Just wanted to update on the liquid diet. It is getting much easier and since Wednesday 4/6/11 I have lost 10 lbs! That is less than a week! That alone makes it easier!!! I have been adding chicken broth in the evenings and it really helps to beat the sweet thing all day!

Okay, Godknowsican: where are you? Who is your surgeon? Are you in the DFW area?

Hi Terri - I'm on day two of my liquid diet and i'm hanging in there. Had to stay home from work today because i'm feeling a little weird.

I'm in Maryland. My Surgery will be on April 25 at Holy Cross Hospital with Dr. Cantor
