Walked an hour - up to 2.8 and 12 incline - burned 700 calories this morning!!!! So happy about that and feel great!
Dee, I don't dance to an iPod or anything. I play Just Dance on the Nintendo Wii, so it's whatever songs are on the game (I own several different versions).
Hiked for 3 hours today.

50 minutes, very slow, very gentle walking, (totally flat area and on a dirt trail vs. cement-makes a big difference.) didn't even really break a sweat, but only had a twinge in my back, which was a bonus. The hip, knee, and foot were blessedly silent.
I do think I'm getting better on this "every other day rest" thing. I just, being me, don't like it and want to march on esp. it's starting to get cold and there are limited amounts of the nice days less, err, left.
swam 1 mile -- 60 minutes -- talked to an older couple dealing with back pain for about 5 - 10 minutes in the middle of it all somewhere.

Drove 3+ hours as we have a baby coming into my family tomorrow and I wanted to get here for the birth. Only exercise I got was raking leaves with my nephew today. Fun!

In addition to my morning workout, last night I got a little frisky and decided to go on a 39 minute night ride on my bike (10-12 mph).....while it was a lot of fun, I paid for it today. I was only able to do 30 minutes of HIIT and 15 minutes of jumping rope. I was so tired.
Been playing Just Dance a lot lately, for anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour at a time. I feel like I'm cheating since it's not as intense as say going for a bike ride where my average speed is between 14-16 mph for an hour, or using the elliptical for 45 minutes, but my Bodybugg says I burn anywhere from 360-400 calories doing it, so it can't be that bad, right?
Probably playing more Just Dance today -- it's cold and rainy out anyway, and I ordered the latest version from Amazon and it's being delivered today
