I have been a major slacker this week! Today I am going to make up for it by biking with my boyfriend. I want to do all 29 miles of a particular bike path, but am not sure how realistic that is. Tomorrow, I hope to kayak! Gotta take advantage of all of this nice weather before the long, dark winter arrives!

An hour on the treadmill yesterday - at 12 incline - burned 620 calories but think I overdid it because my hips were really achy last night and I think I'm going to either not do the treadmill and just clean house or turn down the incline to about 3 and take it easier. Depends on how they feel when I get on and warm up a little.
Yay, made it the entire time (60 mins) plus 2! lol I wanted to get up to 700 calories - just a mental thing. But, my hips actually feel better after they warmed up. I also discovered that I feel a LOT better all over when I eat before I try to exercise. Just run out of steam if I don't. My husband is just the opposite and occasionally listen to him and feel terrible. That's what I get! lol Did typical floor exercises. All sweaty but ready to get a shower and take my Austin (Yorkie) to the groomer and maybe mess around the stores until he's done. Guess the house isn't going to get done today but oh well...it will always be there, right?? lol

Got my exercise in for the entire week I missed! Biked 28.2 miles. I may regret this in the morning.

Rest Day
Yesterday was all about the power nap. I did the laundry, then my 45 minute roll thru the hood, some more errands, etc. and then came home and took a shower and...napped for a few hours. Then got up and did some chores and...napped some more. Might be PMS, might be my body just doing its thing. Today I'm going to do my stretching/strenghtening exercises.
I love weekend naps, Dee -- they are the only thing that keep me from being sick from exhaustion during the school year and are one of the privileges of age.
I did not swim Friday or yesterday -- my shoulders have been aching from all the work they do.
Heading off to do my mile as soon as the coffee hits my system and the laundry is changed over.
7/10: 238lbs,size 3x; 8/11: 221lbs size 22/2x; 6/12 B4 2 day liquid fast: 210 lbs; 6/13/12: 202.6 lbs
1 month: 185.4 lbs; 2 months: 170 lbs, size 16; 3 months: 162.6 lbs, size 14; 4 months: 151.8 lbs; 5 months: 143.2 lbs, size 10; 6 months: 142.4 lbs stalls suck ; 7 months: 131.2 lbs, size 6 - 8; 9 months 130.2, size 6 - no real loss in 2 months -- Think I am done!
Only did 30 mins. (315 calories) today. Feeling kind of tired today for some reason. Was going to take the day off but am afraid it will get too busy this week and will need to miss one day so better take advantage of being home.
I am going to drop my daughter off at bowling practice and then hit the running trails at the local park. Just going to do a light jog...going to attempt to get two miles in
Oh and this is an impromptu exercise moment...I am still doing the amphibious boot camp on M/W/ Sat Just have some extra energy today so figured I would put it to use..haha

Exhausted today. Gee, I wonder why? Thankfully I am not sore from yesterday's bike ride though. Today will be a low key exercise day...just cleaning my bedroom. Trust me, that will be a challenge. I am not very spacially organized.

Sooooooooo...went to the running trails. First let me start off by saying I have never been to these particular trails. Well..I started with warming up (walked .50 miles) then I started my countdown timer and proceeded to jog 2.5 miles. Sounds good right? Hahahaha...well everything was rainbows and sunshine UNTIL....I got flipping lost!! I ended up adding an additional 4 miles of walking to my "light exercise" day. I had every intention of just doing the 2.75 miles and then retuning to my car where my water was located! In conclusion I learned 2 lessons today 1) ALWAYS take water with me (it is a very warm 91 degrees here today) and 2) start paying more attention to landmarks along the way..lol Needless to say I am beat! I see a nap in store for my afternoon
