I weigh myself every sunday night....
for the last several weeks i was stalled at 202-204 range.. Trying so hard to get under the 200# mark.. Last night was the best night ever.. wow under 200lbs... I was trying to figure out what I did differently and the only thing I can think of was changing my breakfast.. But I felt like i was eating more food - odd..
Anyway.. Yea Me.. bigger wow.. only 24lbs to reach my goal weight.. WFT wow...
