So today is my official last day of food! Its so exciting and scary at the same time. Tomorrow will be all clear liquids, any advice for liquids??? What filled you up best, if anything???

Congrat. I'm almost there as well. Can you talk about when your paperwork was submitted to your insurer and how long it took for approval. Then how long did it take to get a surgery date. Keep us posted on the liquid diet, and here's to a easy pre-surgery diet.
All time highest weight: 377 lbs.
Sleeved (with some minor complications) June 13th 2011 - I weighed 295 lbs!
Since my surgery I have loss: 85lbs

You said today was your last day of food? My Surgeon is putting me on a 2 week high protein liquid diet.
