Insult queen Lisa Lampanelli wants to dish it out - but she no longer wants to take it.
The comedian revealed on a today's episode of Bethenny that she has lost 52 pounds after undergoing laparascopic surgery 10 weeks ago.
Lampanelli's husband, Jimmy Cannizarro, had the same surgery - a type of gastric sleeve that sections off part of the stomach - almost four weeks ago.

'He said I'll do it if you don't die on the table,' she quipped to the talk show hostess.
To date, Jimmy has lost 36 pounds.
The Celebrity Apprentice alum said she and her husband decided it was time to lose weight because of health issues.

The 50-year-old comedian, who admits both Jimmy and she 'like to eat,' opted for surgery because diets haven't worked for them.
'I said, 'this is the time'... We want to be a couple that's not the punch line anymore.'
During the interview, the author of Chocolate, Please: My Adventures in Food, Fat, and Freaks, brought out the red Michael Kors
dress she wore on the last season of The Apprentice.

Already at least three sizes smaller than when she wore it on the reality TV show, the dress was a keen visual of how much the weight the comic has lost in so short a time.
As for immediate benefits, Lisa - who said she's already thrown out all of her 'fat' clothes - said it was nice to feel emotions instead of stuffing them down with food.
The sex is better, too, she said. 'I can get closer to Jimmy now that the stomach has gone down.'

Good for them!!!!!!! Maybe they can inspire some others who have been maybe toying with the idea. It's good to get info on the sleeve out there, it's still flying under the radar as a known procedure. It's already changed my life for the better and I think everyone deserves that opportunity!
