I'm having such trouble. My surgery is July 11th I cannot find anything I like to drink :-(. I keep wanting a sip here and there of Dr pepper because I can't quinch my thirst. Please tell me what you all like to drink.

Walmart has a large variety of 10 calorie per serving non carbonated crystal light rip off drink mixes....I like Cherry Lime rickey and the orange drink morning style....grape and fruit punch are also great

My mother tells me you just gotta do it ,but I cannot fine and drink
That satisfies me and I need that or I'll dehydrate. I just won't drink. I thought I would be fine till I was told no caffine tea. :-(
Well, if you truly can't find something else that works perhaps you aren't ready. Dehydration with this surgery is no joke and life threatening. Perhaps treat it as an adventure rather than something you HAVE to do and soda something you HAVE to give up...experiment with things and once you've found something, THEN think about the surgery. It's okay if you're not ready but the last thing you want is to have a surgery you're not prepared for mentally and physically.
I love MIO, especially the fruit punch and the mango one. I like them because you can mix them to taste, and they are a liquid, so if you fill your glass 1/2 way with water, squirt in some MIO, and then fill the glass, it mixes itself. I keep some in my drawer at work. I also really like the Sobe Life waters, my favorite is the black & blueberry, but I like them all.
I also drink the Wal-Mart stuff and the real crystal light. My favorites are Raspberry lemonade, Raspberry Ice, Peach Ice Tea, Appletini, Mojito and Lime Margarita. The new Lipton tea & honey are good too - Mango Pineapple. And yesterday I discovered a gatorade I really like. It is G2 (low calorie) tropical blend flavor. As far as powerades go...I like the blue flavors. I am not really a fruit punch type of gal so I stay away from those. I gave up soda about 8 months ago. Now I can't stand the taste, even diet. Too sweet. You HAVE to find something now that you can tolerate. Liquids are vital for the first few weeks. You have about a week to find something. Good luck and let us know what you find. You can do this...you are so close.
