Default Abominal pain 3 months post op

Hi. I was sleeved in January and have begun to hav some strange pain. My bowels are a bit strange and irregular as well so I don't know if I have a bug or gastric infection. It started with a feeling like I'd pulled a muscle just to the left of my belly button but has got worse, particularly after eating. I am very busy with 3 young children and drive a heavy car. I have tried laxatives but that just made my tummy more tender and sore. Anyone got any idea what is going on? I thought it might be sn ulcer but I have no idea what they are like. Thanks, nadine.

Hi Nadine... do you take an antacid tablet morning and evening? I had my sleeve on Jan 18th and was told to take one in the morning and one before bed.. I take Zantac 75 and have never had any problems. I noticed on here that some are told to take it, and other's are not - I don't understand that - I think some Doctor's are dropping the ball. Thought I'd mentioned the antacid in case you are not taking it.. wish you the best!

    Hi Nadine,
I had felt the same pulling on the left of my belly button, and also I am really irregular and some times I feel some pain. I have noticed that the pain happens when it has been a long time not going to #2
My Dr told me to take some milk of magnesia or mineral oil, but not laxatives.....
I think you should see your Dr.
    Hope you feel better.
