That heavy feel will pass breath deep expand those lungs an walk as much as possible, traped gas and the meds that put u to sleep take a bit to wear off

Glad you are doing well! Use your spirometer!!! That and walking helped me get rid of the heaviness in my chest and work up some mucous from being intubated. So happy for you!!!
