    Default Exercise and cals

I renewed my gym membership today. I am STILL at 189 to 190. I haven't moved in weeeeks. If I eat 600 cals or 1300 cals, it's the same.

The sports nut at the gym said I need to eat more frequently and carbs in the a.m. then none after dinner. It's a bit different. Opinions? Thoughts?

I have heard of this - we get energy from carbs and if u eat them after 4pm when u are most likely to be idle it sticks to your bones!! Give it a try, nothing to lose except weight ha ha

I have had a really tough time losing after month 3, so I've experimented with a LOT of ways to eat! I have to say that eating 4-5 times a day and spreading my calories out have helped me keep losing, even though it has been really hard. I also choose "good" carbs, in the form of fruits and veggies, and end my day with a tiny meal, usually all or mostly protein. Try it and see if it works for you. The same way of eating doesn't work for everyone. Good luck!

I've heard of that Steph. It's worth a try! There is this one lady who I talk to who had the sleeve and said when she stalls she does a "meat and eggs" fast. Only eggs, bacon, sausage--all protein--for a few days. It helps get the scale moving again and lowers her carb cravings. I mean, I don't know if it's a good idea, but she said it works for her. Wish you the best!! That scale WILL move!

My NUT also said I need to eat some carb in the morning. Be careful though. Some carb in the morning will make me hungry all day. She suggests a piece of fruit and always eat your protein first. I eat 5 times a day. I really like that. It would be hard for me to eat 3 times a day.

I usually don't eat anything after dinner at around 6:30pm.

It helps my weightloss a lot when I do cardio execise an hour a day.
