Had 4 month follow up appt today. Have lost 56# since surgery for total of 73# since preop diet started. I feel so much better, can move better, sleep better. I still would like to lose that much more and I do feel that's an attainable goal. BTW-on a more somber note, please say a prayer if you can for the folks involved in the tragedy at the Buffalo hospital yesterday. I knew both and an still cannot believe what occurred. Thanks.

Hi honey! Congrats! Dr. Posner was my surgeon my sister and fiancé both knew the doctor and clerk really well, it is truly sad and what occurred today was shameful!
