I lost 33 pounds in almost 2 weeks, WTF!!! Im excited and nervous about starting soft foods. YIKES!!
I can eat a scrambled egg, Cheese of any kind except cream cheese, Plain yogurt, Baked/Grilled fish, Canned ham or tuna (add mayo for misture, mashed potatoes, cream of wheat (YUK), Vegetarian refried beans (hmm) and unsweetned applesauce.
I can eat 3-4 times a day but only 2 oz at a time. I guess its off to the grocery store for me.
