Did anyone get weak, lightheaded and just out of it? 9 days out

I'm 9 days post op and feeling on a complete roller coaster!!! I did great in the hospital and the couple days after and now feel like crap. How i feel is hard to describe.....light headed, tired, and just out of it. I'm not motivated to do anything. It makes me sad. I'm such an optimistic person normally. If Anyone else has felt like this, let me know. Thanks, Marcie

Ive been feeling good but today i over did it in the good ole Louisiana heat/humidity...... I though i was going to pass out... My wife has me on powerade zero and in my pj's

I experienced the same thing. It is bad just make sure you drink water and eat something. specially if you are driving. This has passed and i have had no more occurrances.

Hopefully it will go away for good! I went for a 2 and 1/2 mile walk yesterday. Maybe I just overdid it. I was doing so good, that it's just frustrating!

Make sure you're getting enough fluids, even over protein at this early stage. Staying hydrated will help with the way you feel. I know it's difficult to drink alot at once but what they say is correct: sip sip sip sip all through the day. Good luck.

I feel like that a lot. Last weekend I was mowing my lawn and It got so bad I didn't finish. I had to have my neighbor's kid finish it for me. I was doing really good with my workouts and its been about 3 weeks now that I have no energy at all to, I barely get through my day.

HI I am seven days out from my sleeve. I had a couple of real fuzzy tired days. I forced myself to walk. Today I feel much better, got more protein, more water and a vitamin B shot and went for a good walk. I think the trick is enough protein and water. It will getter better and better for all of us. I can hardly wait.

Your body is trying to heal it takes a lot out of you. When I felt that way I had to eat, drink and relax.

I was worried about low energy too. When I went for my two week follow up, the PA said it was normal to feel tired and week for at least the first month.
