Good luck! Like you I'm a week out and struggling with what to "eat". Yogart tastes good to me. The shakes I had pre surgery now have a hard time going down. Fun fun, but it will all be worth it!

take one egg and scramble with a little cottege cheese... mix very well, the cottege cheese keeps the eggs from getting dry. (don't over cook).. very yummy and good source of protein.

I ate eggs for a whole summer when i was 14 and my parents were in houston while my dad was fighting cancer. I said then if i ever got a real job and did not have to eat egss i never would eat them again. Nothing has changed. I still will never eat them again!

I buy the lowfat cottage cheese with pineapple. Chew it like crazy. Tastes like heaven. I am also careful to measure.
