13 days post op!!!!

HELLO FAMILY IM 13 DAYS POST OP AND IM FEELING GREAT. IM UP DOING WALKS JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY AND I ALSO DO SOME DANCING ON MY XBOX 360. IM 1.8 LBS AWAY FROM MY FIRST GOAL OF BEING UNDER 300 LBS .. IM SO EXCITED I SO LOVE MY SLEEVE. I POOP FINE AS WELL . SINCE MY SLEEVE I GONE 4 TIMES THAT'S PRETTY GOOD AND I PRETTY MUCH ON A REG DIET. YESTERDAY WAS MOTHERS DAY AND MY FATHER COOKED ON THE GRILL SO I HAD SOME OF THE INSIDE OF A CHICKEN HOTDOG (NO SKIN) AND CHICKEN BREAST OFF THE GRILL WITH NO BBQ SAUCE JUST PLAIN . I JUST CHEWED IT UNTIL IT WAS MUSH IN MY MOUTH. AND I HAD SOME OF MY MOMS POTATO SALAD . I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE ALOT BUT IT WASN'T I DIDN'T HAVE A LARGE AMOUNT. I HAVE NOT VOMITED AT ALL NOT EVEN AFTER THE SURGERY I BEEN HOLDING THINGS IN JUST FINE. I GET DOWN A LEAST 2 BOTTLES OF WATER A DAY IF NOT ALMOST I DO. I GET MY PROTEIN IN. WITH MEAT ,EGGS (NO YOLK), PEANUT BUTTER, AND I ALSO HAVE A POWER THAT I HAVE THAT I PUT IN MY FOOD SO I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE PROTEIN SHAKES . JUST MISS MY PASTAS AND , BREADS KINDA ... IM GOING TO GO FIND SOME OF THAT THIN MULT-GRAIN BREAD I KEEP HEARING ABOUT AND HAVE THAT TOASTED CAUSE I KNOW IT EASIER TO GET BREAD DOWN TOASTED . OVER ALL I THINK IM DOING AWSOME .. MY FIRST FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT IS FRIDAY SO I HOPE MY DOCTOR DON'T YELL AT ME FOR MY FOOD CHOICE IF HE SEE THAT IM DOING FINE.

Sounds great! I am also on day 13 post opt. I am playing it safe for the most part. A little apple sauce, cream potatoes, and grilled chicken are the only solids that I have ventured to. I meet with the nutritionist tomorrow and will begin my soft food regiment! What protein powder are you putting on your food? I am so not a fan of the shakes. Keep up the great work!

Its called Plant Fusion I got it from a Organic Food Shop! Nothing wrong with playing safe everyone bodies body is different.. Good Luck with your journey !!

Very good my friend! I'm Proud of you for getting to your first goal!
I've been picking too. We went eat mexican last night and i had the stuff off the nachos.
It was really good but i didn't over do it. I see the doc wed so we will see what he says.

PLEASE DON'T YELL AT ME, NICOLE. I HAVE ENOUGH STRESS IN MY LIFE WITHOUT BEING SHOUTED AT, 'SPECIALLY BY YOU. TRY USING UPPER AND LOWER CASE ON YOUR KEYBOARD. THEN, PEOPLE WON'T FEEL QUITE SO INTIMIDATED. AND YOUR POSTS WILL BE EASIER TO READ.

I am delighted to know that you are blessed. How is that germane to the argument about breaking netiquette? Does that mean that you are therefore allowed to upset others - and then compound that by a casual indifference to other people's views when challenged about it?

UK Tim, I understand what you mean by using capital letters, however; maybe we all need to just read the posts we find interesting and ignore the others. I, too, don't like caps, but I did read Nicole's post and I do wish you continued success, Nicole. Tim, I always enjoy your posts too, and even if you used capitol letters, funky color text, etc.; I would still read them Everybody, have a great Monday!
