Who DOESNT do it,
how much you do it,
and what you do?
I just want to see what everyone does if its just walking or more then that so I can see what I can do, I was loosing great weight and this whole month i have been stuff at 181, but I am walking, not much else, but I have read on here about people who never even WALK and loose a lot of weight, I know Its a tool and I am supposed to exercise but I just want a general idea from everyone and what they do!
