Default Kissing My High Blood Pressure GOOD BYE!!!!

I was a mid-level BMI before I had this surgery. I self-paid. I was heavy and the decision to do the surgery was the direct correlation between my weight and dangerously high blood pressure. Like 150/115 – yep stroke level numbers. And this was on blood pressure medication.

This morning I am 24 days post-op NO medication and I was 127/82 – hell yeah!!!!

    THANK YOU DR NICK!!!!!!

If you are on the fence on doing this – look to the medical benefits for your life – GO FOR IT! I have never felt better in my life!

Goo job! My blood pressure was running 180/95 before surgery and is now running 117/75. So happy I had the surgery! My blood sugar is back to normal as well!

Didn't happen to me. Hypertension runs in my family, so even though I'm thin now (137 at 5 feet 8 inches) AND work out every day for an hour, and I still have to take my high blood pressure meds. And that's ok; I didn't expect this to be the cure. Obesity can contribute to hypertension, but it isn't always the cause; there are genetic factors, and there are obese people who do NOT have hypertension. It's not a cause and effect. Glad it helped you, though!

At the clinic, I was surprised to find out that I have LOW blood pressure!

Great for you! I was borderline hypertensive and really should have beenon meds but wasn't. Anyhow, my pressure shot up to 200 during the surgery, according to my surgeon. Well, at my wound check this past week I almost fell over...down 14 lbs from my highest and pressure of 107/85! We'll see what happens in the long run for all of us, but so far...so good! Keep it up.
