Today I am three months post-op and I am tickled pink I am down 75 lbs and I can finally wear a misses instead of a women size and I can shop in a regular store not a plus size store.. I have not been able to shop in a regular store in so long. I can even wear a large in shirts now omg this is so exciting I have hit a plateau but I am okay with that. For every one thinking about being sleeved just do it. It is the best decision I ever made..

Congrats!! Thats wonderful! What are some of the things you have done to make sure you have continued lose the #s over the past 3 months? Im a bit over three weeks out and when I read successful post I just want to know what I need to do to keep getting the #s down.

I just read the labels on everything. Low carbs low sugar.. Workout a couple of times a week I could do more. Lots of water. And most importantly a positive attitude...
