Look at my ticker.....

The walk across the bridge that's on my ticker just got shorter. I finally made it over the half way hump. I have lost 83 lbs. I have 81 left to goal. I started counting down towards my half way point when I was 15 lbs away. That seems like it was a really long time ago. I've been in a bit of a stall for awhile, and struggling with some poor choices. I'm back on track now. As of today, I have lost exactly 50 lbs post op. My surgery was 20 weeks ago. Average of 2.5 a week. Just 17 more pounds to hit the 100 lbs lost..... It's so close. I never thought I would achieve it. I started my pre op program mid June of last year. The one year anniversary of me starting my pre op program is in another 7 weeks. If I lose 2.5 lbs a week for the next 7 weeks, that puts me at exactly the 100 lbs mark in one year.... Pretty amazing.
