Sugar free, non fat yogurt

On my full liquid phase I am able to have yogurt, but it has to be sf and nf, I would like to have greek yogurt but are there any greek yogurts that are sf and nf?

Not sure about the greek yogurts, i have been doing yoplait. I just bought some greek yogurt at the store this weekend.

Sure, tons of Greek yogurt w/ no sugar. I prefer the Fage brand 0% and I add Splenda and vanilla to it, yum!

It's not Greek, but I think Dannon Light N Fit is the best tasting yogurt, and has much less calories than a lot of other ff yogurts. I have not found a Greek yogurt I like. It is just too different tasting for me. I know it's got more protein but i don't care for it. I blend a yogurt with a protein shake and I get 35 grams of protein that way and I can blend different flavors for lots of different combinations. Today I did chocolate protein shake with cherry yogurt..... yum.

The sugar is usually from the fruit isn't it? I have been able to eat LF yogurt since my surgery

I like Fage 0% plain yogurt also.

Any non fat plain yogurt should be sugar free and fat free.

Greek yogurt grosses me out. It has more calories and protien. And the texture just gags me. Im a Dannon Light N Fit yogurt eater. It's the lowest calorie one that has a great taste. Its Non fat, but not sugar free.
