First trip to the movies Post-op.

First I have to tell you the history of what a trip to the movies was like for me and my husband. We would get the largest bucket of popcorn topped with butter and the largest soda. Half way through we would go get the 1 free refill of popcorn. We would skip dinner and do it big!
Well Thursday night we went to the movies. I was ready because I know what wonderful smells I’d be up against. So tucked away in my purse was nuti system popcorn (it’s low carb with protein). Now I’m not gonna lie when my husband bought himself that bucket of popcorn, I had thoughts of punching him in the face. Then I had an epiphany, my hips WERE NOT TOUCHING BOTH SIDES OF THE ARM REST!!! And the arm rest were all the way down. After that I was like screw it, it’s all about me let them eat crap if they want!!

My first trip to the movies after surgery was awesome as well! Good for you for not giving in to the popcorn! ..I nearly always give in a get a small.
