Good Monday Morning! It's a really cool day here in NJ, and it's a blue-skyed wonder

L: salad w/4 ozs. tuna, feta cheese & onion
S: 1/2 quest protein bar or premeir protein drink
D: not quite sure as I'm going to a local support group and returning a pair of shoes afterward. Probably either a turkey/cheese sandwich on 45 calorie Sara Lee bread w/lettuce/tomato, or pb & j on the same bread
S: 1/2 cup skim milk
I am attempting to limit my "carb" grazing at night. I might, however; eat some cereal w/the milk. Depends on what I eat for dinner.
